Help Please - Upgrading Child Season Ticket
Mate has given me two spares to try and shift for tomorrow's game but one of them is a child's ticket.

Is there a way of upgrading the ticket to an adult?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Help Please - Upgrading Child Season Ticket
got an email from the club this week about upgrading my son's...

Thank you for upgrading your ticket for one of our recent matches at the London Stadium.

So you are aware, you can upgrade a ticket up to five weeks in advance of each home fixture by calling the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966 (option 3). Your Season Card will be upgraded to Adult access so this can be used to access the stadium as normal. This ensures you don’t encounter any delays on a match day.

During the season there may be upgrade offers in place on certain matches. Our next is for the Brighton & Hove Albion fixture on the evening of Friday 20 October. Upgrades start from £15 for this match and this can be actioned by calling us in advance of the game.

Thank you for your continued support.

Regards,

Re: Help Please - Upgrading Child Season Ticket
yeah they do it over the phone

bear in mind your mate heas essentially paid 3 quid for the two kids tickets tomorrow so upgrading will cost pretty much the full value of a match ticket price (not a season ticket one)

Do upgrade though, they are havuing a crackdown on adults using kids tickets and a lot of people have had letters telling them one more time and both the kid and adult ticket attached will be revoked
